Effective 15 September 2026 · Kinoflow is made by METAphrenie, Inc., Los Angeles, California, doing business as Kinoflow.

Kinoflow is a prompt studio for AI-driven film and motion work. This page says what we store, why, where it lives, who else touches it, and how you get rid of it. It is written to be read.

What we store

There are no passwords. There are no advertising trackers. We use no analytics beyond Cloudflare's aggregate request counts.

What the brain sees

When you ask the brain for a prompt, Kinoflow sends the relevant context of that shot to Anthropic's Claude API: the treatment, the prompting guide, the shot's description, its images and reference frames, the recent prompts and the conversation on that shot. Anthropic processes it to produce the reply and, under its commercial API terms, does not use it to train its models. Anthropic retains API inputs and outputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring and then deletes them. Nothing is sent to any model provider other than to produce your reply.

Where it lives

Kinoflow runs on Cloudflare. The database and file storage are in Cloudflare's Western North America region; the application runs in the United States. Sign-in emails and invitations are sent through Cloudflare's email service from kinoflow.io.

Who else processes it

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use your studio's work to train anything.

Who inside Kinoflow can see it

Members of your studio see your studio's work; nobody outside it does. Kinoflow's operator can read studio data only to fix a problem you report or to run the service, and can see usage records and account details for every studio to count credits and support you.

How long we keep it

Deleting it

A studio owner can delete the studio at any time from Account → Delete studio and all data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: every project, image, clip, prompt, message and usage record goes with it. To delete your personal account across studios, or to get a copy of your data, write to us.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in for sixty days. A few preferences (the atmosphere, the last model you used, a dismissed notice) live in your browser's local storage. That is all.

Changes and contact

If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell studio owners by email first. Questions, requests and complaints: support@kinoflow.io.
