Terms of service
These are the terms for using Kinoflow. By creating or joining a studio you agree to them. Short version: your work is yours, you use the service honestly, we run it carefully, and neither of us promises the moon.
The service
Kinoflow is a prompt studio: it helps a team write, organise and improve prompts for image, video and 3D generation models, with a Claude-powered assistant (the brain). Kinoflow does not generate images or video itself; you run the prompts on the platforms you use, under those platforms' own terms.
Accounts and studios
- You sign in with your email. You are responsible for who can read that inbox.
- A studio holds the work; its owner controls membership and can delete the studio. Members see everything in the studio.
- You must be at least 18 and using Kinoflow for professional or creative work.
Your content
Everything you upload or write in Kinoflow, and every prompt the brain writes for you, is yours. We claim no rights in it beyond what is needed to store it, show it to your studio, and send the relevant parts to the model provider to produce a reply. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, including reference images and clips.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kinoflow to plan or produce material that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that depicts real people in sexual or defamatory contexts, or that is meant to deceive. Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share your sign-in, or resell access. We can suspend a studio that breaks these rules.
Trials, credits and paid plans
- A new studio gets a fourteen-day trial with 150 credits. One credit is one brain reply or one passport Auto-generate; uploads, passports, verdicts and edits are free.
- When the credits or the trial run out, the brain pauses until the studio continues on a paid plan. Your work stays accessible during that time.
- A trial studio that is not continued is deleted thirty days after its trial ends, as described in the privacy page.
- Paid plans, their prices and credit allowances are shown when you subscribe. Credits included in a plan reset monthly and do not carry over; credits bought separately last twelve months.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Kinoflow available and will tell studio owners about planned interruptions and material changes. The models behind the brain and the platforms Kinoflow writes for change often; prompting guides are updated as they do, and a guide may be wrong for a day.
No warranty
Kinoflow is provided as is. Prompts are suggestions; what a generation model does with them is outside our control. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any prompt produces a particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, METAphrenie's total liability for anything arising from Kinoflow is limited to the amount your studio paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.
Ending things
You can delete your studio at any time. We can end the service for a studio that breaks these terms, or end the service altogether with thirty days' notice and a way to export your work.
